We are very familiar with most payroll / rostering / time and attendance offerings in the market
- We will ensure integration / interfaces are working properly, plus remove the need for any manual data entry
- Check staff are on the correct awards, agreements and components such as leave and allowances, & ensure these are calculating correctly
- Conduct a superannuation audit to confirm super is calculating and is being uploaded via file to super clearing house
- Create any GL / Finance reporting, files, balanced journals, reconcile clearing accounts
- Review all manual processes & spreadsheets to be replaced & updated within the systems where possible
2. Payroll Process
We will follow your existing payroll timetable, and will often be able to provide time and data efficiencies
- Identify issues / errors & correct them
- Check data thoroughly to ensure accuracy
- Provide any Reports required
- Complete any payroll analysis, comparison, headcount, HR reports
3. Documentation
- Document how the process works, from recruitment to termination
- Create User Manuals
- Introduce standard paper or online forms - timesheets, hire / termination
