Client Help Desk
Our Help Desk is staffed every working day (excluding public holidays). Your call will be answered by our Consultants and we aim to resolve your query in the first instance. You will always speak to a representative with our mandatory response policy ensuring all calls are responded to within a 30 minute time frame.
You don't need to use our services as an 'all or nothing'. We can cover any leave periods or staff changes on an ad hoc basis. We also provide backup to your payroll staff if you do not have any internal staff who can provide this role.
We can provide Support Services for assistance with Award Interpretation, any Statutory or governance requirements – ATO, Superannuation, or Fair Work queries as well as Workforce Management, Payroll and HR documentation and business process mapping.
